A powerful and extensive program, ABBIcon
Pro boasts plenty of tools for managing, creating,
and converting icons. At first glance, you'll
probably find the interface a bit too chaotic.
However, all the major functions are available
via buttons, which are easy to understand.
Moreover, the program features an impressively
large collection of premade icons, from a
computer monitor to the members of The Beatles.
You can't edit these bundled icons, but you
can create them with your own images and export
them to 17 file formats. You can organize
icons in libraries and folders, as well as
sort and search them by keyword, size, and
color parameters. The program also extracts
icons from folders and files and converts
graphics, including those from Web sites.
Web developers and anyone else who routinely
deals with icons will find ABBIcon Pro a good
weapon to have in their arsenals.
